We do not issue refunds to your original payment method. You are eligible for a return and issued store credit within 10 business days of the delivery date. Exchange and return shipping cost is the customers responsibility. 

Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving.

The item must be unwashed, unworn, and with its original tags.

What items are final sale?

All sale items and shoes are final sale.

 

What if I was sent wrong/missing items or my items came in damaged?

If you were sent incorrect items contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order. If items were damaged, please contact us within 2 business day of receiving your order.

How will I receive my Refund?

How will I receive my store credit? Expect an E-gift card within 5-7 business days after your return. We will have to inspect the item first before we issue store credit back.
